Want to support mentoring by participating in our Bowl For Kids' Sake event? Then the information below will give you the details on how to get started!
Bowlers: In an effort to facilitate the collection of pledges for bowlers, we will continue to offer a means to collect pledges online. Click here for details. For bowlers who prefer to collect pledges in person, click on the pledge form link to print the form and use. Or you may wish to use both methods in an effort to request sponsorships from people who do not have access to the internet as well as from those who do.
We encourage each bowler to have a goal of raising $150 or more in pledges and to bring as much of the money as possible to the event (if collecting pledges in person). Whatever isn’t collected by the event day will be collected by BBBS, as long as full names and contact information for sponsors is provided on the day of the event. The minimum pledge for each sponsor is $10. Each bowler receives a free t-shirt, and we will also have prizes, pictures and lots of fun! Grand prizes will go to the individual bowler and team who raises the most money for our mentoring programs.
In order for us to schedule you and your team for a lane, we request that you sign-up for a one-hour time block from 9:00 - 10:00, 10:00 - 11:00, or 11:00 - 12:00 before April 4th. For more information or to schedule a time for your team to bowl, call us at 273-2227.
Lane Sponsors: Not a bowler, but want to support our event? Then become a Lane Sponsor! Lane Sponsors help offset the expenses associated with the event and raise additional money for our mentoring programs. They can select one of three levels for their sponsorship: Bronze ($350), Silver ($500), or Gold ($1,000). Click here for the lane sponsor form. Lane Sponsors receive great publicity for their support through local media, have their business name and logo printed on the back of the t-shirts given to all the bowlers, and have their name and logo printed on posters above the bowling lanes. Additionally, all Lane Sponsors are mentioned in our electronic newsletter and on our website.
